Admission Procedure

Eligibility

  •  Students must have secured at least a 2.05 GPA in the SEE (Secondary Education Examination) or an equivalent recognized board.
  •  In addition to the overall GPA requirement, students must have obtained a C grade in both Compulsory Mathematics and English subjects.
  • The admission process includes an online entrance exam.
  • The entrance exam consists of three sections: General Knowledge (15 marks), Mathematics (15 marks), and English (45 marks).
  • Students must meet the criteria set by the college to be considered for admission

Enlistment for admission:

  • Only meritorious students will be enlisted for admission.
  • The specific criteria for merit may vary based on the college’s policies and the number of available seats.

Special Scholarship Schemes

  • Separate entrance test will be conducted for student of government school who apply for special scholarship.
  • Limited number of student will be provided this scholarship on merit basis.
  • Sushil Memorial Scholarship which is established on the memory of Late Sushil Sahani will be provided to top two students of first entrance examination and one top student from madeshi community from the first entrance examination.

Basic Scholarship Schemes

  1. Scholarship for Management, Law, and Humanities in Grade XI is awarded on the basis of Cumulative marks[SEE(25%)+KMC Entrance(75%)].
  2. Marks of SEE will be calculated as follow:

Notes:

  • The scholarship quota is limited so it will be provided according to FIRST COME FIRST ADMISSION BASIS.
  • Above schemes on tuition fees during admission are allocated only 3 months (up to First Term Exam).
  • The scholarship will be changed according to the result terminal examination as mentioned above.
