


On 8th Mangsir, a serene Saturday morning, students from the KMSS hostel immersed themselves in revitalizing yoga sessions focused on enhancing both physical and mental well-being. Designed to promote a holistic approach to health, the sessions incorporated breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
